What are your prices?
Our wholesale prices are among the lowest in the industry. Rent or buy. Call for a quote. Minimum volume requirements apply.
How do I place an order?
You may call 844.264.3285 to place your orders. Request a customized order form from to make your ordering easy. We will email or fax a copy of your order to confirm that we have received your request.
Is there a minimum order?
Once your account is established, there is no minimum order.
Can you make a custom order?
Yes. We manufacture and ship from the same location. This allows us to maintain the quickest turnaround time in the industry. That includes custom items from special sizes to special fabrics.
What are your payment policies?
You have several options of payment. You may have orders sent COD, billed to a credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover), prepay, or set up terms of payment (fill out a credit application).
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship promptly to be received by the date required. Many times, it can be shipped the same day.
When do rental items need to be returned?
The rental period is 7 days long. That means that you do not need to send the items back until the seventh day after you have received the goods.
How does the shipping and the return process work?
Your orders for purchased items will ship as ready. Rental orders will ship by the date indicated on the sales order. All changes must be made 48 hours before the "ship by" date.
What do I do if I have lost my rental return labels?
You may request additional return labels for a fee. Or you may ship the goods back and pay the return freight. Be sure to include a copy of your order inside the box to avoid additional rental fees.
Do your chair covers fit most banquet chairs?
We sell and rent chair covers to fit folding, Chiavari and Hotel/Banquet chairs. To confirm our cover fits your chair, request a sample. We will send the item at no charge. All we ask is that you pay the freight.
What is your order change policy?
Changes to rental orders may be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Purchase orders are processed as they are taken and are subject to review before changes are permitted.

Rental orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Purchase orders are processed as they are taken and are subject to review before cancellations may be permitted. If your cloths have already been processed, we will accept a return only if the size is listed on our current rate card. You will incur a restock fee of 25% if accepted by SST.
Do I have to pay for linen I don't use?
You are responsible for payments on all processed orders in full.
Do you have a sample books/swatch book I can order?
Yes. You may call or fax in a request for either a catalog or specific swatch page.
Do you make available sample cloths for inspection
You may request a sample of any of our rental stock items at no charge. We only require that you cover the freight cost.
